Demo enquiries
We collect your name, organisation, role, email and message to respond to a demo request. We also record consent time and enquiry status. Enquiry data is deleted after 12 months by default.
Student data principles
Robolab is designed to separate each learner’s workspace and minimise collection to what a lesson needs. The public teacher dashboard is a read-only sample with no real student information.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are stored in a private database and cannot be read or changed directly from a browser. Contact hello@robolab.education to request access, correction or deletion.
Service providers
We may use Supabase for enquiry storage, Resend for notification email and Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. Secret keys are never included in the browser bundle.
AI transparency
Cobi is an AI learning partner that uses questions, comparisons and progressive hints to guide the next observation rather than completing an answer. AI explanations can be inaccurate, so students should compare them with experiment results and teacher guidance. Cobi is not designed to ask for personal details such as an address, phone number or full name.
School-specific retention, parental consent and account deletion procedures are agreed with each institution before deployment.
